We dispatch all orders from Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan using trusted courier partners.
⏳Processing Time
Each set is handmade with care. Please allow 4–6 business days for your nails to be made before shipping.
Pakistan Shipping🇵🇰
Delivered by TCS or PostEx in 2–7 working days with tracking provided via email.
United Arab Emirates Shipping🇦🇪
Delivered by Global Parcel Service (GPS) in 7–14 working days with tracking provided via email.
Customs & Duties (UAE) Orders to the UAE may incur import taxes, customs duties, or VAT upon delivery. These fees aren’t included in prices and must be paid by the customer. We’ll try to minimize these charges but can’t guarantee avoiding them as they depend on local authorities.
❌Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal, the package returns at the customer’s expense (including shipping and any taxes). These costs will be deducted from refunds.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the order, we will do our best to help you locate your parcel, but we cannot guarantee its recovery or offer refunds/replacements. Please provide a secure address.
📦Packaging & Responsibility
I will make sure to ship your order in the best packaging possible to protect it, but I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped. Delivery delays are beyond my control.
