⏳Processing Time

Each set is handmade with care. Please allow 4–6 business days for your nails to be made before shipping.


📦Shipping

We dispatch all orders from Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan using trusted courier partners.

Pakistan Shipping

Delivered by TCS or PostEx in 2–7 working days with tracking provided via email.

United Arab Emirates Shipping

Delivered by Global Parcel Service (GPS) in 7–14 working days with tracking provided via email.

Customs & Duties (UAE) Orders to the UAE may incur import taxes, customs duties, or VAT upon delivery. These fees aren’t included in prices and must be paid by the customer. We’ll try to minimize these charges but can’t guarantee avoiding them as they depend on local authorities.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal, the package returns at the customer’s expense (including shipping and any taxes). These costs will be deducted from refunds.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the order, we will do our best to help you locate your parcel, but we cannot guarantee its recovery or offer refunds/replacements. Please provide a secure address.

 Packaging & Responsibility

I will make sure to ship your order in the best packaging possible to protect it, but I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped. Delivery delays are beyond my control.

 

💅Sizing

Please measure your nails carefully before ordering, as I am not responsible for incorrect sizing. no refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes.


💵Pricing On Custom Nails

If order is custom-made, the price will vary depending on your design, Once your order is placed, I will contact you to confirm pricing and collect payment.


❌ Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once the order is placed since everything is custom-made. If you need to make changes, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. If I haven’t started making your set yet, I’ll do my best to adjust your order based on your request! 💖  .


🎨 Design Accuracy

I will do my best to replicate the design as closely as possible, but please note that slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each set. Rest assured, every set is crafted with care and high quality in mind.
